Highway 2 Merger

Dear partner,

we’re writing to inform you of important organizational and operational changes at Highway 2, effective July 1st, 2025, aimed at improving the way we serve our partners across North America.

Highway 2 Merger into Selle Royal USA
As part of our long-term strategic plan:

  • Highway 2 LLC will officially merge into Selle Royal USA as of July 1st, 2025
  • This integration aligns our operations and allows for a more unified and efficient structure
  • More information about the merger is provided here.

 System Upgrades – ERP, B2B, and WMS
To support this integration, we are launching several system improvements:

  • A new ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) for streamlined order and financial processes
  • A new B2B platform powered by Shopify for a modern, user-friendly purchasing experience (More information on how to access and use the new Shopify B2B portal will be shared soon)
  • A new Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve logistics and accuracy

 Warehouse Shipping Cut-Off

To prepare for these transitions:

  • The last day for outbound shipments from our warehouse will be Thursday, June 26th, 2025
  • No shipments will be processed between June 27th and July 6th
  • Shipping operations will resume with the new system on Monday, July 7th

 Order Management During the Transition
To ensure accuracy and avoid complications:

  • We recommend pausing new orders during the transition period from June 26th to July 1st and consider front loading
  • Orders submitted through legacy systems or EDI will not be processed during this window
  • Preorders will be available and active on the new B2B platform starting August 1st, 2025

EDI Transactions Temporarily Paused
For our EDI partners, please note:

  • All EDI transactions (orders, invoices, ASNs) will be paused from June 26th through July 18th 2025.
  • Any EDI files sent during this period might be delayed or potentially lost
  • EDI functionality will resume on Monday, July 21st, 2025
  • There will be no need for a new onboarding of existing customers, all current ones will be carried.

New Bank Account

  • Please see the NEW Account verification letter here.
  • All payments from July 1st, 2025 should be made on the new bank account
